1 Eligibility & Consent

To create an account on b1999, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may operate only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts may be cancelled and balances forfeited.

• You are creating the account in your own name and for your own use.
• All information provided is true and verifiable.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. b1999 will never ask for your password via email or message. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please notify our support team immediately.

b1999 will not be held liable for any loss or financial damage resulting from unauthorised use of an account, unless it is proven that the loss was caused entirely by a fault on the part of the platform itself.

5 Verification Process

b1999 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Before processing a withdrawal or in the case of a claim for a large bonus, you may be asked to submit identity documents, proof of address, or verification documents for your payment method.

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on b1999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (applicable for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals cannot be made to a third-party account or in another person's name.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for the deposit.

b1999 reserves the right to decline a deposit or withdrawal request if any unusual or suspicious activity is observed. The relevant user will be notified in such cases.

7 Welcome Bonus Terms

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

Example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳8,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳13,000.

The bonus benefit applies once per account only. Withdrawing any deposit after receiving a bonus may result in the bonus being cancelled. b1999 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers under special circumstances.

8 VIP Program & Cashback

The b1999 VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Higher tiers are reached through consistent gaming activity. Detailed terms regarding VIP tiers and cashback are available on the relevant page. b1999 reserves the right to change VIP program terms without prior notice.

9 Permitted Use

The b1999 platform is for personal use for entertainment purposes only. Users are expected to use the platform responsibly and honestly.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating an account using a false identity or false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonus benefits or attempting to exploit bonuses.
• Any form of fraud, hacking, or attempting unauthorised access to the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Using automation software, bots, or similar technology.
• Harassing other users or behaving inappropriately.
• Using the platform's copyright or intellectual property without authorisation.

Engaging in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, possible forfeiture of balance, and legal action where necessary.

11 Account Closure or Suspension

b1999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any reason. An attempt will be made to notify the relevant user by email. The verified legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) of an account closed for just cause will be returned.

Users may also request closure of their own account by contacting the support team.

In the event of any dispute, an attempt will first be made to reach a resolution through support channels. If a direct resolution is not possible, both parties will attempt to reach a settlement through mutual discussion.
